Mixology keeps on keeping on at this new TriBeCa taproom where the hook is 'bespoke cocktails', i.e. letting the bartender concoct something unique from your favorite ingredients; while the plain-Jane, high-ceilinged space may not have much going on atmospherewise (save for a back bar fashioned out of vintage Singer sewing machines), the signature cocktails are ample distractions. - Zagat Rated
